1921 Mrs DeGraff's Cook Book - FREE
This vintage cookbook is by Belle De Graf. She was a very well respected chef of her day. She served as the editor of the San Francisco Sunday Chronicle cooking page and was, at one point the director of science activities for the Sun-Maid Raisin Growers Association. She was even responsible for teaching cooking at the U.S. Naval Reserves in New York City. This delightful vintage cookbook not only contains techniques in cooking delicious meals but it points out common mistakes that are made in food preparation. The book is full of recipes and menu planning guides. Great cookbook !!
